Snow Removal (November 1 – April 30)
Removal will commence within 24 hours of cessation of snowfalls throughout the project after every snowfall of a trace accumulation or more from all common walkways, city sidewalks, unit entryways, garage skirts, and areas around dumpsters. OR FOR COMMERCIAL: All entryways, sidewalks, loading areas, ramps and areas around dumpsters.
UNLIMITED SNOWFALLS: Includes de-icer QUOTE
Snow Plowing (November 1 – April 30)
Removal will commence within 24 hours of cessation of 2 inches or more accumulation. Plow all loading areas, parking areas and roadways.
UNLIMITED SNOWFALLS: Includes graveling QUOTE
Snow storage areas should be allocated prior to the first snow fall. Removal of stored snow from the property is separate from this quotation by Quotation Only.
